What we do
We seek to increase property interactions and decrease days on market for properties in Atlanta. More than half of all buyers use online resources as their first step when looking for a home. Now more than ever 3D home tours are vital for realtors. COVID has made it difficult to host open houses and for buyers to schedule in person viewings. We are offering a 3D home tour service and would like to gauge interest in the community.
About Us
Who we are
Our team is made of two long time college friends Ken and Daniel. We wanted to start Realty Visualizations to apply our passions and make a difference during COVID. Ken has been working in real estate for the past two years and Daniel is a software engineer. Together we are using our skill sets to bring 3D tours to property owners in a quick and seamless fashion
Kennith Petty
Kennith has worked with real estate investors for the past two years and is using his insider knowledge to allow realtors to breakthrough in the ever changing market.
Daniel Prohaska
Daniel is a rising senior at the University of Virginia studying computer science and digital marketing. He has worked and developed software for organizations such as NASA and MITRE and is using his technical prowess to make our service efficient and seamless.
